What’s new in Property Tree this September?

This month in Property Tree, we give you new features that are designed to make your lives a little bit easier.  Here are the feature enhancements this September that you can now access:

Archiving Tenancy

Get rid of workarounds as tenancies can now be archived even if they have outstanding invoices or a future charge to date.

Property Receipt

This new receipt type allows you to process funds against a property and select an appropriate account ensuring the accuracy of your Owners Income and Expenditure summary.

Tenancy Rent Summary

A new report of residential or commercial tenancy’s position for each rental period including rolling arrears total is now available via the Tribunal report, in each tenancy profile screen. A requirement of Tenancy services and NZ Tribunal hearings.

Date Field for auto comms

You can now add “today’s date” to automate entry notices for inspections within the inspection auto-communications and other mail merge templates.
