Property Tree May Release

Direct Connect now in Property Tree

Direct Connect is now integrated into Property Tree, giving you another way to assist tenants in connecting their moving home services for free. This new utilities integration is easy to set up and best of all can be additional revenue stream for your agency.

Forms Live integration now available

Forms Live is now available for all Property Tree users in Victoria. Access 28 separate forms and contracts for property management and sales – including Covid-19 updates. Start your free two-week trial and enjoy the benefits of online forms that include auto-filled sections and can be filed against the profile within Property Tree.

Profile Summary – Single Page View

A new way to view your profile is coming your way soon. We have been working on a single view of Owner, Property & Tenancy profiles, further enhancing the way you experience Property Tree. This feature is currently being reviewed by members of our Early Adopter Program and will be available to all users in a future release. Check out the video below to see what you can expect on your screen soon.

Owner Consent for the Electronic Service of Notices and Documents

You can now report if an owner has consented to electronic service of documents. This will allow your owners contacts to be excluded from email communication when sending single or bulk emails, inspection letters from the Inspection Planner and when sending statements.

Westpac Live

Now you can pay creditors in bulk by BPay using your Westpac Live account.

Financial Hardship Notation

Now you can identify tenants who are experiencing financial hardship and renegotiated rent due to COVID-19. The new financial hardship notation will appear on the tenants ledger if you are entering a renegotiation due to financial hardship. You also have the option to create a customised name if preferred.
