Here’s what’s new in Property Tree this January

We’re helping you start the new year right this January with enhancements to your favourite property management software, Property Tree. Here are the additions and changes that you can start using straight away.

Updates to Automated Communications

Auto communications in Property Tree just got better with the following updates:

Automated Communications landing page

Now it’s easier for you to find, update, and manage automated communications in Property Tree with the Automated Communications landing page re-grouped and divided into 3 separate tabs – Accounts, Property Management, and Sales.

Automated Lease Expiry communications

Never miss a lease renewal deadline ever again! You can now automatically notify your tenants and owners using two new auto communications: Lease Expiry: Tenancy and Lease Expiry: Ownership. These will be under the new Property Management tab in the Automated Communications landing page.

Paid Date added to creditor Find & View Invoices

Now you can see the date the invoice was paid in search results for Find Creditor Invoice and in the Creditor Invoice screen.

New Hyperlinks

It is now much easier to navigate and access information inside Property Tree with these new added hyperlinks:

• Find Creditor Invoice now links to Property and Ownership profiles
• Find Tenancy Invoice now links to Tenant and Property profiles
• Find Transaction now links to Property profile
• Recurring Invoices now links to Creditor, Tenancy, Property and Owner profiles.

Chat icon location move

Thanks to your feedback, the support chat icon has now been relocated to the bottom left of the Property Tree screen, decreasing instances where it will overlap action buttons.
