Here’s what’s new in Property Tree this February

This blog post relates to Rockend, one of our previous brands. For more information please read the press release.

Start clicking and stop scrolling with Property Tree’s new tabbed profile pages! This plus other system enhancements are included in the February 2020 release. Let’s take a closer look at all the new additions and changes you can start using today.

Tabbed Profile Pages

No more scrolling down a long form in a single page to get to the information you need with the new tabbed profile pages for ownership, property and tenancy. If you need more time to get used to the new layout, you can always switch between tabbed and classic view using the link at the top of the profile screen.

Consent for Electronic Notices

You can now accurately record a tenancy contact’s preference on electronic email service of notices: Enhancements to the mail merge process now allow you to filter tenancies by All, Consented, and Not Consented, while the Contacts Summary screen now includes a new column which displays which tenancy contacts have consented or not consented to electronic notices. These enhancements will help ensure you remain compliant to the changes made to the NSW Residential Tenancies Act.

Trust & Reports – Title links update

Now you’ll see a more streamlined Trust & Reports page. We’ve removed duplicate links and organised the content that exists on the page.

Coming soon to the Early Adopter Program

PROFILE-SINGLE-VIEW

We have a number of great new features currently in development that will soon be ready for real-life user testing (BETA).

First off is Secure Sign, MRI’s e-signature solution integrated with Property Tree. Secure Sign is designed to help you efficiently execute your signed documents digitally, removing the need to print, scan and send via post. We will also soon be testing the Profile Single View (pictured above) which will further streamline how you navigate the new tabbed profiles in Property Tree.

Join the early adopter program (if you haven’t already) and be one of the first to test these new features. We’d love to hear what you think!
