What’s new in Property Tree this January?

This blog post relates to Rockend, one of our previous brands. For more information please read the press release.

It’s been a busy start to the new year with a number of great new features being released in Property Tree.  Let’s take a look at the key highlights of the January 2019 feature update.

Document Management

Starting this month, you can now use a faster Document Management feature where you can attach documents to profiles and tag them for easy search though any of associated profiles. You can personalise, sort and filter files plus view, edit or delete as required.  In addition, all invoices processed through Property Tree will automatically be added to the documents area in the relevant profile, where you can tag them to make search and retrieval a fast and easy task.

Maintenance Job Reporting

Now you can view and export reports on all maintenance jobs

Direct Debit Tenant Fees

An enhancement on this feature now allows outstanding tenancy fees be paid easily by showing the said fees for commercial and residential properties on the direct debit batch, along with rent and invoices owing.

Ownership payments

Under this feature, you now have the option to add EFT reference of up to 18 characters

Auto inspection scheduling

An alert will now appear advising inspections will no longer be automatically created once you added in the vacate date on the tenancy profile.

Tenant Download

You can now set up allocation rules to automatically send unmatched funds to “Held for Tenancy”

Ownership funds report

View and export detailed reports of all ownership funds including unknowns and withheld.

There are more features to check out: enhancements to Invoice Genius, receipting, bond & deposit summary reporting and management authority overview.  More information on all the feature updates can be accessed  via the Property Tree January 2019 Release Notes.

We always welcome your clever ideas to improve Property Tree so please continue sending them in Rockend User Voice.
