We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Receptionist based in our Sydney office to ensure that all telephone calls are answered and managed in a timely, professional and friendly manner, which will include providing a support call logging service for our Client Services team to support us in maintaining our Customer Service Charter. This role will include the responsibility of being the subject matter expert for the reception function, its tools, processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in front of house functions and providing excellent customer service and support to both external and internal customers. Your excellent oral and written communication skills, combined with a ‘can do’ attitude, professional presentation and attention to detail will support you in becoming one of our most valuable employees.
