Rockend is proud to announce the release of STRATA Master Version 4. This exciting new release includes three major new features:

Repairs & Maintenance

The way in which work orders and quotations are being handled has been enhanced to allow for the handling of multiple quotes and the creation of work orders following quotation management.

New Owner Wizard

The owner checklist provides a guide for users as to the areas of STRATA Master which must be updated following a change of ownership. This checklist will allow users to update their relevant areas of STRATA Master. All users will be able to see which changes have been made and which actions are still yet to be completed.

Bank Statement Filing

This will split a bulk statement file from Macquarie Bank and automatically file the individual statements in the document register for each Owners Corporation.

Along with the Bulk Bank Reconciliation wizard which was released in Version 3.5, this will reduce man hours to produce and file these required documents each month.
